Keep frozen until use. Do not heat in this bag. Always cook vegetables to 160°F before eating. Adjustments to these directions may be necessary to cook thoroughly.
  1. Place vegetables in 2-quart microwaveable covered casserole dish (1-1/2 quart for half package).
  2. Add 2 tablespoons water (1 tablespoon for half package); cover.
  3. Microwave on HIGH 7-1/2 to 10 minutes (5 to 6 minutes for half package) or until vegetables are cooked through, stirring halfway through microwave time.
NOTE: Times based on 900 to 1200 watt microwave ovens. Microwave ovens vary; adjustments may be necessary for your microwave oven.
  1. Bring 1/2 cup water to boil in 2-quart saucepan.
  2. Add vegetables. Return to boil; stir.
  3. Cover; cook on medium heat 7 minutes (5 minutes for half package) or until vegetables are cooked through. Stir, then drain.
Quick Thaw: To quick thaw for cooked recipe use, place vegetables in strainer under warm running water until thawed. (Vegetables should always be cooked to 160°F prior to using in uncooked recipes).
